In answer to Toni Hall's request for peel-off slip, here's a Gordon
Hutchens recipe I have used succesfully. Fireclay 50; EPK 30, Alumina
Hydrate 20. Works best when applied thickly onto bisqueware. Decrease
alumina for easier removal or increase to make it stay on better. You
can use a pin tool to draw through the slip as it dries. More cracks
will radiate from these lines. Takes a little exploration to get onto
this stuff but you can get some neat effects. Thanks Gordon!
