plans for wheels or a used wheel for sale

I have a friend who is very interested in plans for building her own
wheel, and/or a used wheel. She also lives here in the Mojave. We'd
really appreciate any information you may have since I never dreamed
that I'd have reason to read the posts on wheel plans. I've looked in
the archives and see nothing there. Thank you as usual. You're a bunch
of dolls.
