playing god

Gente!

Anyone thinking about publishing a list of the anointed or reviled ought
to give thought to the legal implications of doing so -- especially if
such a list is to be promulgated via internet. Whatever the motive, one
would actually be flirting with making fresh case law. You can be sure
that if some dolt playing god "blacklisted" me as I've seen described
here, especially on the internet, the next letter they got would be from
a guy named Feinberg and it would be hand-delivered by an employee of
the local sheriff's office called a process-server.
