I just bought a used kiln (for firing pottery) and it doesn't have any
instruction manual. Can anybody help me learn how to identify it so I can
send somewhere for a manual? The brand name is half-torn off, looks like it
ends in "ess". Thanks!

Probably "Cress" but could be Loch Ness?
Good luck.

Brian,
I believe this must be a Cress kiln. This company is in California. I don't
have the address off hand but I'll send it next e-mail.
