There is a good article from some years back on Richard Notkin in American
Ceramics, issue 5/3 by Sarah Bodine and Michael Dunas.

I used to use a white glaze for cone 10 reduction that was simply :
Plastic Vitrox 50
Potspar 50
Zircopax to taste, or none

Satin White with gray from the body; sometimes varied to 40 PV and 60
Spar...I've not seen P.V. Clay around for sometime, I hope someone posts a
source.
