To Billy,
I bought a pricey raku kiln from Miami Cork and Supply a few years ago. It
aged rather quickly (rust, sagging top, expanded gaps around door).
This may be natural and expected. Not sure. My main complaint was when I
had a problem with the burner after about a years time. They were rude and
not the least interested in helping and wanted to charge me to
ship and investigate. I ended up locating the manufacturer who insisted on
paying shipping and repairs for a rather dangerous defect.
That was the end of my doing business with Miami Cork.
