raku tongs- another address

As is frequently the case, the FTP address for the tongs is very busy and
cant let you through.

I got a message that "suggested" that I try http instead- worked like a
charm(on the net, using Netscape)

instead of:
ftp://wuarchive.wustl.edu/edu/arts/metal/incoming/
I used:
http://wuarchive.wustl.edu/edu/arts/metal/incoming/
and got a list of the images available- the one for the tongs just has
tongs.JPG
added to the address above, after the last /
