Steve,
I have a recipe for a glaze called Kev's Copper Red Raku which produces the
most pleasant turquoise blue colour in an oxidised firing. I know you
really wanted a blue for reduction but I thought that you may be interested
in this one anyway.
Kev's Copper Red
Frit 4508............90%
Kaolin...............10%
Tin...................5%
Copper Carb...........1%
The recipe states that it is best oxidised but I have also had some
interesting results when used in combination with other glazes in a raku
firing.
