Bullseye glass does sell powdered colored glass and probably clear
cullet (broken glass). Meant to be used by glass workeres this glass
is made to =22fit=22 other glasses. The colors are very dense, and the
powders expensive. Other ceramic suppliers sell cullet for prices more
affordable. I would try the bigger supply houses. It seems to me that
I saw some in the LAguna Catalogue in the last few years.
Easiest way I have found to make it myself is to heat glass up in a
wire basket until it just starts to slump, then quench the glass in
cold water. Safety glasses and and other safety equipment that is
necessary is of course necessary, no?
Then Ball mill.
Rinsing the ground cullet is a good idea.
