Are you interested in places of general interest or galleries?
Naturally you will want to see the Opera House, our Harbour Bridge, The
Rocks (great galleries, food, weekend markets and often entertainment)
Darling Harbour (buskers, entertainment and good shopping/food), The Art
Gallery of NSW, the Domain and Gardens, The Museums, Paddington for its
trendy boutiques and numerous galleries especially the CERAMIC ART GALLERY
(35 William St; Paddington and also the home of Ceramics : Art and
Perception and Ceramic Technical...two excellent publications), Newtown for
GREAT food, shops and MURA CLAY GALLERY (49-51 King St; Newtown), Sydney
University for its architecture, Glebe for once again GREAT food, trendy
shops and The INNER CITY CLAY WORKERS (St. John's Road Glebe) to name but a
few places of interest......and all this is relatively close to the
harbour!
I would suggest that a visit to Doyle's Seafood Resturant at Watsons Bay is
also a must!
