We have recently completed construction on an ANAGAMA. It is approximately
5' wide, 4' tall, and 20' deep. We hope to fire it for the first time in
late October. We have about 15-20 cords of wood split already with more
still available. Mostly pine with about 5 cords of oak to get good ash. We
are estimating a 3-5 day firing.
Any advice or experiences would be appreciated.
