Are their any refractory brick suppliers in the Ark. area? Specificaly close
to Mt. View?
Hope we can come up with some for a kiln.

Tracy;
The closest supplier I am sure of is one in the St. Louis,MO area called
HiTemp Refractories. They build kilns for industry, but are happy to
deal with potters as well. L & R Specialties in Nixa, MO is closer, but
I do not know what they stock in the way of refractories. Just over in
Oklahoma is the AP Green plant that makes refractory fiber and boards.
They sell seconds (and firsts) to potters. Im sorry this reply is so
