the best luck that i have had is using a torch and heating
the shaft and wheel head base. when it is really hot, smack
the center of the wheel head real hard with a hammer..then do the rapid
twist. you may want to try some good penertrating
oil first for a few days. and without doubt, grease the damn thing when
you put it back on. get up inside of the wheel head hole and pack with
grease.
