Hi Tom
I know little about the CCAC, but one of the instructors at the Potters
Studio in Berkeley, Bob Johnson, graduated from them some time ago (I mean
like 20+years). I can ask him what he knows and f he has any recent contact
there.

Hi Tom,
I know this is scanty, but the California College of Arts and Crafts has a
great reputation out here (in CA). I haven't gone, but have several
friends who have (one who drives 1 1/2 hour to get there). A couple of them
keep going back & back & back. Must be something in it! Besides, the
weather is pretty darn good!
