Greetings Everyone,
I am very new to Clayart and am really excited that so many others
have their hands in clay as well as on computer keyboards! I thought
that I was an anomaly.
I hope there is someone out there who can help me in my quest to find
a more "plastic" bone china recipe. The recipe that I have is 52%
bone ash which is probably the least plastic substance on earth, but I
just know there has to be a solution. I have been testing a variety of
other ingredients, but they yield such inconsistent results.
My main uses are press molding and slip casting, and any input that
you may have would be greatly appreciated.
