Vince,
Try one of those electric hand blenders designed for kitchen use for
amounts up to 750g of slip/slop. The Rival brand seems to last a long
time. Just add a wee dram of light oil to the rubber bushing at the bottom
where the shaft comes out every now and then. Mine squeels like a stuck
pig, but is still going strong after several years' use.
