Hi All:
For thoses who missed the earlier discussion about spooze, the recipie
comes from (Ithink) Peggy Heer via Clayart. Its great for attachments and
for repairs to greenware and sometimes even to bisqued pots. Its 1 part
your clay, 1 part corn syrup, and 1 part vinigar with a few drpos of
peroxide to prevent fermentation.
Someone wrote a great poem about it, which I lost, so if that person is
reading, please send it again.
We really had a time trying to figure out what the burning smell in our
kiln room was. It wasnt that burning electrical smell , so we knew the
kilns were ok. Then someone remembered he had used alot of spooze. It
made us very hungrey.
