This is to announce that The Pecos Valley Potters Guild along with The
Roswell Museum and Art Center will sponser a two day workshop to be given by
Steven Hill in Roswell NM at the Roswell Museum and Art Center on Sept. 28
and 29, 1996. He will also give a slide presentation at 7:00PM at the
center on the 27th. He will alter, assemble and decorate several pieces in
addition to discussing his single firing technique at stoneware
temperatures. He will also discuss philosophy, technical information and
even the business of making a living at pottery (art fairs, galleries and
studio sales). The cost for this workshop is $50.00.
