Greetings!
A friend of mine (Joanna) is moving to California in July and is
looking for a Studio Assistant or Apprentice position with a
potter
working in somewhere in Los Angeles She will be living 1 1/2
miles
from UCLA (where ever that is) and I am sure that she wouldn't
be
opposed to traveling a bit.
She has a fair amount of experience in throwing, handbuilding,
mixing
and applying glazes, and other general studio activities. I am
not
sure if she has any firing experience. I do know that she is
eager to
learn more about ceramics, and would work very hard.
I have only known her a short while, but I am confident that she
would
be a nice addition to anyone's studio.
