I am unable to use a 10x12 studio in Alexandria, Virginia which I have leased
through
March 1998. The studio is freshly painted, clean and in good shape. It is
located in a warehouse complex shared by other potters. Kiln space is also
available.
I am willing to sublet the studio for $150 per month until April when the
owner will renegotiate the rent.
