Does anyone have an easy, reliable recipe for terra sig?
Am experimenting firing with sawdust, oxide soaked straw and organic
materials in a small gas-fired outdoor kiln. Any suggestions for
materials and methods would be most appreciated. I am also looking for
a transparent cone 6 ox. glaze which would have a similiar appearance to
Ice Blue Celadon
R^10. I do a lot of carving and impressing on porcelain and use the Ice
Blue Celadon when I am working at the Radcliffe Studio. For home studio
firing I do ^6-10Ox.
