Hi Jo Ann,
Sounds like your window fan isn't strong enough to handle the heat expelled
by your kiln. I have my bisk kiln in a seperate room too. It has one window
which I keep open, and I have a 400 cfm kitchen exhaust fan installed in the
wall. Heat is no problem, although I only go to ^010.
And spooze is special slip for joining anything to anything. Works great and
the bisk firings smell yummy.
