Hello ...ello...ello..ello.........(it's an echo) remaining clayarters!
I'll be driving my step-daughter to Cornell in Ithaca, NY on April 17, then
have two days to kill before I pick her up, swing by Skidmore in Sarasota
Springs to pick up my son who's biking there from Rhode Island.
I'm looking for suggestions of clay-oriented places to visit or people to
meet during that weekend.

How about the International Museum of Ceramic Art at Alfred !!!
The Museum is part of the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred
University.
Current Exhibitions are:
Teaching Tools: The Museum Collection at Alfred
featuring more that 200 objects from the Museum's permanent collection
MFA Gloryhole Collection Selections
featuring selections of MFA work by Alfred graduates for the past
fifty-three years
Wall-to-Wall Wesp
featuring the George Wesp collection of European dinnerware.
The Museum is located in the Ceramics Corridor Innovation Center
on State Route 244 as you enter Alfred.
Hours are 10am to 5pm Tuesday through Sunday.
Admission is FREE
