It is just called CUSHING'S HANDBOOK. You can get one by writing to
Val Cushing, 1497 Waterwell Rd., Alfred, NY 14807. They sell them themselves.
About $24, last I knew.

Its called "Cushing's Handbook", and if you call the pharmacy in Alfred
New York they'll send you one. Sorry I don't have the telephone
number. I called information and got the number to the Alfred U.
bookstore and they told me the number of the pharmacy in town. All
strange to me.

It is just CUSHING'S HANDBOOK and is ,as far as I know,only available from
Val Cushing.At least that was what I was told when I wanted to buy one.I
ordered it from Mrs.Cushing through her e-mail address which is:cushing
