Just trying out the connection here at the university -- a very direct
fibre optic link beats a phoneline any day....
However, one isnt sure whether the outgoing mail link is cleanly made so
for the moment suffice it to say that we built a furnace and plant to
start melting glass and ceramic glaze frit on Monday.
There are also a lot of architecture tales to tell once I know this is a
live line.
