My wife Julia, the potter, and I will be in Nashville between March 22
and March 27. My wife is interested in meeting studio potters and visiting
pottery craft stores/museums or other places of interest for functional
potters to view.

If you are interested or know any places of interest please send me an
e-mail.

Thanks

Ivar,

Make a side-trip to the Appalachian Center for Crafts. They
have, in addition to a great ceramics facility, a sales gallery,
and studios for fibers, glass-blowing, metal-smithing/jewelry -
you'll enjoy it.

Frances -
I do not know of any potteries in Nashville to visit. If your friend will
have a vehicle and can drive a ways out of town, we are 60 miles east of
Nashville just off I-40 at exit 273 and then about seven miles south of the
Interstate on Highway 56. The turnoff to the Craft Center is on the left a=
t
the south end of the big bridge over Center Hill Lake. We have a big sales
gallery and three exhibition galleries with a lot of pottery to see, and if
I am there I would be happy to show your friend around the clay studios.
You can have them contact me via email. The Craft Center is always a fun
place to visit, and it is a nice drive.
