I have always felt that to be good at centering one has to be able to do a
good job getting the clay ready. Usually my students biggest problem in
centering comes before they even get the clay on the wheel. I have a sign
in my room that say's....
"TIME SPENT WEDGING IS NEVER WASTED!"
