Beat the holiday blues by stoking a 200 cubic foot wood burning kiln into the
New Year.
Head over to Concow, California nestled in the beautiful foothills of the
Sierra Nevada where Nolan Babin's annual winter woodfire workshop starts
December 27 and runs through January 6.
The full 11 day event, which includes all the clay you can eat, use of a fully
equipped studio for the four days prior to loading, and accommodations in the
communal sleeping area (bunk house) above the studio, cost: $ 350
OR show up for the last seven days if you'd rather bring green or bisque
pieces (cone 10 clay only) to be loaded on the afternoon of December 30, cost:
$ 250
A maximum of 16 participants for both the 11 and 7 day combined will be
accepted.
