Since my good buddy Tony C. is too busy as a student to
read Clayart, here's a commercial for his new video,
"Get a Handle on It".
I'm sure anyone who has sent in a message about making
handles would find it an interesting watch.

Honestly folks, I enjoy making mugs and demonstrating for
folks, but the thought of pulling handles in a fancy hotel
in New Orleans does not sound like my idea of a great time.
And I'd probably have to change out of my formal attire as well.

David is right, it would be a stretch to attempt full blown throwing demos
then attach handles in the ClayArt room. David gave me an idea of bringing
short homemade videos of handle making. Not as messy, we all could attend in
formal attire. Wouldn't get clay on your cummerbund.

That is a fantastic idea you two. Since I've been youtubeing it
lately, I've been wanting to post some short clips of myself and then
ask "What the hell am I doing wrong here?" Too bad I don't have a
video camera.
I'd sit and watch clayarter clips in N.O. on just about any
subject...just about.

One can but hope that you'd draw the line at 'peeing in
the clay.' -- Steve S
