On Saturday, April 14 from 10:00 to 5:00 we will be holding our annual
Spring Celebration of Craft at the Appalachian Center for Craft. There will
be live music, demos in all the studios, good food, a craft sale, a silent
auction, exhibitions in all the galleries, and many other activities. I'll
be building big coil pots out in front of the clay studio, so if you attend,
please stop by and say hello.
The Craft Center is located 60 miles east of Nashville, about 120 miles west
of Knoxville. Take exit #273 off Interstate 40 and drive south on Highway
56 about seven miles towards Smithville. When you cross the big bridge over
Center Hill Lake, immediately at the south end of the bridge turn left at
the big Craft Center sign and drive one mile up the driveway to the parking
lots.
