Just drop the Flint and EPK by 1% each, You may find that if the glazes is
that temperature sensitive you may need to drop them another 1-3% But try 1%
for now. Do not change the Dolomite and Custer, that will change the
appearance of the glaze. As a rule of thumb, I never recommend changing the
fluxes as first resort, Changing the fluxes will change the nature of the
glaze.
Good Luck,

I would do a triaxle of the EPK and Silca. Or, a simple lineblend of each.

My teacher's standard ash glaze has different amounts of kaolin
added, from 5% to 25%, depending on which kiln (gas or noborigama) and
what area in the kiln.

Hi Peter,

Yes - that will do fine but do a little line blend - less one of each (clay
and silica) and another less 3 of each - after you dip tests mix the two
togetther and you will will see what happens when you lower each by 2.

Problem is your expansion is going to go up so you should look and test for
crazing.

That can be handled another way if it happens.
