I've got some stoneware that has a red over black glaze (see
http://sankey.ws/pottery2.html for photos) that I'm trying to
duplicate. Hesselberth&Roy's High Calcium Semimatte Base 2 with
Licorice colorants looks perfect for the main glaze.
The frogpond site describes a ^04 Potters Pallette glaze as very
stable. The CTEs of the two bases match close enough, but I'm
concerned about adhesion of the red on the black. Any suggestions
to maximize adhesion between these two while remaining solidly stable?
