John -

(Your e mail address doesn't work.)

Make up a test batch of your favorite base & use ALL
FOUR colorants.

Fire up a test piece and have it professionally tested
for chemical leaching.

The ff. is a classic recipe which has been in use a
long time. If you're interested in ways to try
bringing it down to C/6, write me back. The colorant
combo should work w/ other bases. I use it to make
black slip. The Co can give a tiny nice blue line at
the edges.
