Hey Randy!
Sounds like your kiln sitter needs to be adjusted. Do you have the
adjustment "key"?? Little round gizmo, looks like a nickel. Has a
hole in the middle and two cut outs on the sides. Insert it into the
KSTA and adjust the weight up or down so it barely clears the now
stationary "hook". You just adjusted the kiln sitter. Must do so once
a year if you fire the kiln a lot...
