Frank,
Your book was a landmark for my generation of potters
BUT I still am a supporter of ITC.
Colloidal silica is what we used for ceramic shell bronze casting. I
just think ITC is a superior insulating material.
Just my humble opinion.
And I respect your opinion and your book.
