Post CCACA Workshop Series
These workshops present a unique opportunity to participate in small=20
group workshops with top ceramicists on the West Coast.
All workshops take place in the main room of the John Natsoulas=20
Gallery, Davis, CA. The workshops cost $50 per participant. To=20

Upcoming Workshops:
Donna Billick: Saturday May 26, 1-5pm. Donna will cover mural making=20
with ceramic art. Learn how to design, fabricate, and install a mural=20=
as a community-build project for schools or as art in public places. =20
This workshop would be great for teachers. Participants will also lean=20=
how to hand-make tiles and tile molds. Finally, Donna will cover the=20
integration of mosaic into the clay. This workshop will be a fabulous=20=
opportunity to think about ceramic art in terms of public enjoyment and=20=
participation and explore the ideas of community art.
NEW ADDITION:
Esther Shimazu: August 18. 1-5pm: Esther will be addressing the finer=20
and more challenging details off molding the figure: hands, feet, and=20
teeth. Esther=B9s work boasts realistic and expressive fingers, toes,=20=
and smiles. This is a hands-on workshop in which participants will get=20=
to build and shape hands and feet with Esther.
