Rick Berman is presenting a workshop on his Salku process (see
most recent issue Clay Times) on September 19 and 20, 9:00 a.m.
-4:00 p.m. , at the University of North Texas in Denton.
I don't have any more information on it than that,
but anyone in the area of University of North Texas, Denton,
is welcome to attend. There is a fee of $50 for non-UNT-students,
according to the flyer I got yesterday.
You could get more information on the workshop by calling either
Elmer Taylor or Jerry Austin at 940-565-4723. The ceramics lab
number is 940-565-4825, and you might get information there, too.
It will be a good workshop; the University has an extensive
ceramics facility, lots of kilns including gas and salt and wood.
One of the best equipped I've seen.
