My son, Ben, wrote an interesting piece on a blog to which he contributes
today. Titled "The Language of Art" he is considering the current tendency
to "wrap visual art in language". It brings up the recent (and
past)discussions of artist statements--and more. Perhaps some will be
interested in reading his thoughts which I think he intends as food for
