Start with any glaze base and add 8 - 10% iron.

Hi Roxanne:
Here is a recipe for Cone 6 Temoku, in reduction. It
looks brighter on a lighter clay body.
Custer Feldspar 35
Whiting 20
Ball Clay 15
Silica 30
Bentonite l
Red Iron Oxide 12
You can use any potash feldspar instead of Custer.
You can also take your favorite clear glaze and add 10
- 12% and you'll have a temoku.

Hi Roxanne:
Here is a recipe that works well in Cone 6 reduction,
depending of course on your clay body. It looks
brighter on a lighter clay body.
Custer Feldspar (could use G200)

Yes. Check the archives. I posted ^6 reductions glazes including a
tenmoku at least 10 eyars ago. They are also in Michael baileys
Oriental glazes..the only ^6 reduction glazes in the book.

Roxann: Here's an interesting tea dust temmoku for ^5-6 reduction. It originally came from an article by Paul Woolery on cone 6 reduction glazes in the April, 1982, issue of Ceramics Monthly. I do have occasional trouble with pinholes in this glaze. It is most striking on a white clay body. I'd be happy to send an image off the list, if you like.
Tea Dust Temmoku ^5-6 reduction
Paul Woolery - CM April '82
Frit P-25 (Pemco) 26.3
Whiting 10.5
Albany slip 63.2
Add: Red Iron Oxide 5.0
Incidentally, you will find more hits in the archive if you search on various spellings: tenmoku, temmoku, temoku, ... Not sure which one is "correct." (My spell checker suggests Timbuktu, but I'm pretty confident that's not right!)
I'd be interested to see what you and others are doing at ^6 in reduction.
