Vicki:
I've never found porcelain to be as difficult to throw as warm
cream cheese. The porcelain has much more "body" and isn't
nearly as greasy. I can go much thinner with porcelain. JMO, of course.

If you liked that recipe, then consider mixing
(finely) chopped up raw onion and bell peppers (your choice of colors)
in to the
cream cheese before you throw it. Makes a "confetti" bowl that tastes
as good as it looks. Or pimentos, or bacon, or whatever cranks your tractor.
Sure to make an impression....on the scale. I never bother preparing it
any more,
I just use a spatula and smear it on my hips, since that's where it will
end up anyway.

"honey? Why is that alarm sound coming from the scale???"
