Thanks Gay,
It's always good to get feedback positive or negative but we appreciated
your comments a lot. Anyone else interested in the rib-on-a-handle
("Perfect Profile Rib") can see it here

and see it in use at

Jim, The rib-on-a-handle arrived yesterday. I watched the video of Cindy
using it last night and again this am before going into the studio. It
works like a charm! I thought it was too large when I opened the package
but I was working with 1 1/2# bowls this morning and it was perfect! It
works so well I almost feel guilty using it--like I am cheating! But as
Cindy says: it's my studio, it's my clay and it's my pottery! Thanks for a
great tool! Gay Judson

I tried to leave a comment on youtube about the poor quality lighting of
this video that makes it virtually impossible to watch but for some reason
could not leave a commetn.

James,

We realize the lighting is a bit dark and the youtube compression seems to
accent this shortcoming, however you are the first of the 16000 plus
viewers who have complained of not being able to watch our videos on
youtube at all. Possibly your monitor is not as bright as most. We plan on
reshooting the video in the next few weeks. Thanks for your input.
