Oops--I accidentally sent this message before I was ready. Here it is again
with the full recipe.
I'm having a little trouble with my ^04 clear honey glaze. It's going
cloudy-blue anywhere the application is a little thick. I'd really like to
adjust this to be a more forgiving clear glaze, but really don't know where
to start. I can't seem to find any information on this topic on the web.
Here's my recipe:
Gerstley Borate 30
Frit 3124 15
Frit 3195 15
om4 20
silica 6
iron ox 1
Thanks,
Julie

Julie -- Did the problem first appear with a 'new' bag of
gerstley? If so, I might have an idea for how to correct
this. If not, I really can't help, so no sense spamming
the list with the idea.
