Thanks for your comment - I sure hope they will help fix it. But,
their literature is uncompromising - the entire unit must be
returned to the factory, no USPS, no repairs anywhere else. And,
their 800 number says "no service to this number"...
I certainly won't chuck it - I'll figure out how to fix it myself.
But, unless the whole company took an extended Labour Day
holiday, it sure doesn't look good for them fixing it.

they made good on the wheel. Stay on the phone with them. Post your
