to raise me up a crop of
Dental Floss. :^)

I signed up for the Warren MacKenzie Workshop at the Red Lodge Clay Center in Montana this weekend. It's about a ten hour drive from Calgary. Anyone else going? I'm taking my fishing rod and a camera. I'll post a report and some pics when I get back.

Greg -

See you there!

I'm flying to Billings on Friday morning and driving from there to Red Lodge
- leaving Sunday night. I'd love to stay longer, but I've squeezed this
trip in between a couple of other things.

No fishing rod, but I'm taking my little digital camera.

I can't wait - haven't seen Mr. MacKenzie since 1983!

Be sure to drive up to the summit on the Beartooth Highway or go all
the way to Cook City and on to Yellowstone.
If you are interested in fun, go to the pig races in Bear Creek or
take in the Buffalo Bill Museum (s) in Cody about an hour away.
Geez, I miss Montana. That is my old neighborhood.

That's great Victoria. I'm looking forward meeting everyone. I was told there were 39 people signed up as of yesterday. I may be #40.

Greg
i second Marci's suggestions on side trips!
and
don't forget the wax and zircon encrusted
tweezers.....
Stephani

just returned from an amazing 10 mile hike to the
summit of White Mountain on the CA Nevada
border...14,250 feet in elevation...imagine looking
down at the high sierras....
also visited the high altitude ancient bristlecone
pine forest, some of them 4,500 years old and still
kickin
white mtn gets its name from the same stuff the
bristlecones grow in...dolomite!
quite an adventure...back down in the 'fat' air now!
