What percentage of stain does one add to a glaze to use as an overglaze
on Majolica type glazes? I will be using Ron Roy's cone 6 Majolica.
For the overglaze colors I will be using the same glaze without the
zircopax plus stain.

I am not sure about cone 6, but Linda Arbuckle's handouts are very useful:
