Last fall I interviewed Pete Pinnell for a dvd catalog for the Cup:
The Intimate Object V exhibition. I haven't found the time to finish
the catalog, but I've uploaded the video to google video.
In this 30 minute video, Pete shares some very well though out ideas
about functional pottery's place in the world of art.

Enjoy.

Great discussion on art and function. I especially liked the way Pete
put the historical perception of art into a very clear and
thought-provoking manner. I shared the reference with some
non-artists in a discussion group and their comments were very
positive also.
