Have the student call Claymakers, which may be in Durham, I'm not sure,
but they rent space.

In Raleigh there is Sertoma Arts Center, wonderful clay studio.
Pullen Park Art Center near campus of NC State great studio also.
and right on campus is NC Craft Center, which moved last month, but
is still near or on Campus.
Sorry I dont have numbers and addresses, but they will be easy to find.
