Actually the seafoam recipe i posted was very close to the sign in the
website that was posted...witha lot of variation.

I feel like I should respond directly to Lili K's helpful and colorful
reply from yesterday.
What does Sea Foam look like? I have to say, I enjoy the enigma of a well-
named glaze, especially once I see the glaze and recognize that the name
is truly descriptive. I was never able to get "Touch of Moon" to work,
and so was always massively dissappointed with that name. The Sea Foam
Zinc I had experimented with earlier was a kind of pastel green, light,
minty, and with touches of aqua around the edges. It was glossy but no
crackle. It broke clear over edges, which I thought was cool, and I
always had it in my head to try it over a porcelain (at the time, I was
only throwing dark stonewares).
There you have it. Mostly I have lived inland and so it's easier for me
to be abstract about the sea, I suppose.
Cheers,
C
