I want to give a thumbs up for Phil Bison. I bought a trimming tool from =
Bison Tools about a month ago and finally weeks later got a chance to =
try it on a dry bowl I made. Worked great (he is making special tools =
for dry trimming) Started working and noticed the tool on the floor, on =
closer look noticed the metal part was broken off. I contacted Phil and =
he told me it would cost about $15 + tax. Ok I thought it was my fault. =
The next day I got an email from him, when he noticed I had just bought =
the tool he said he would fix it for nothing and not charge for the =
shipping. How great is that? Thanks again Phil.
