Otto,
Turn your burners down,
after or when the bubbles
start to appear (too much
heat). This will allow the
glaze to flatten out. Also,
you may need more space
between the shelf and kiln
wall...try a couple inches.
You should reach temp,
with your set up in about
30 min.
